Army national Guard to Active Navy?

I am a 22 year old SGT in the National Guard. Im currently an 88M , but since ive been in the army, i have been doing nothing but Admin, and Operation/Training NCO. I am wanting to join the navy (active). Would i have to go back to boot camp, is there some type of re training before i get to a new station? would i keep my E5, i have had it for almost a year, would i have to pick a new job.
