Can I get a negative counseling for an event that happened two days ago?

I was a no show for an apt on Monday today is we'd sedat and my nco says she gonna give me a negative counseling for being late today not having on white socks fo or and the no show but she says that she's gonna put two of the events in same counseling. I still have not received an initial counseling or a performance monthly counseling
