Can you progress all planets in a Solar Return by 1 degree due to the horizon's movement of 1 degree per day?

No, every planet have its duration to transit from one sign .to others. Thogh sun travels one degree per day but moon two hours one degree, saturn one month one degree & so on, the major changes are happening of any imcident depends in majority of moon that too in Gochar(Existing), moon calculation is mainly considered while predicting. Rest of the planets too are considered but the speed of individual planet is individual nothing to do with sun or other planets.
