Chapter or something else from the army, what do i do?

If an Army doctor recommended you for an EPTS chapter, chances are 99.9% that you'll be medically separated. Your company NCO is not in a position to tell you anything -- your company commander is the decision authority. If you're concerned about it, the best thing you can do is talk to your First Sergeant. He/She should be informed of what's going on anyway.
