Have you been a victim of domestic violence? and is trying to work it out with your spouse? i am finding it...?
very hard to drop the no contact order that was set in place by washington state, 5 years we have a 7month old, and i am looking for someone that can relate or has been in the postion i am i want to be able to be with my husband and get the no contact order dropped but i don't know where to even start ive tried asking the prosecuting attorney and she said its not up to me to drop it, do i write a letter to the judge? if so what do i say? my husband has been taking classes and hes on probabtion for 2 years, i am looking for an attorney as well because he is in jail for violation parole in which was violation of the nco the 3rd offense and if convicted he will be in jail for 2 years! we have been moving forthe wiht our life and his po doesn't like him so he decided to do investagation and find out info from facebook and got him with that when he my husband went to check in for his po visit he was slammed against the wall and tthey hit his head and arrested him then took his phone for evidence! and then search my car that derek was driving that day ... without a search warrent is this even legal? MY husband doesnt deserve to be in jail our daughter and 2 sons miss him so much and i am now forced to work full timem take care of 3 demanding children all under the age of 4 and i work graveyards.. the lack of sleep and stress is making me so sick... i am reaching out for someone that has been there and can help me or is in the process ... please do not judge me or my situation as it is the last thing that i need... i just need some advice and guidence
