Why do socialist leaders sexually harrass and rape women?

Progressives appear to think they have rights over the people; we see it with the deaths of 100 million people (and the desire to continue it), the idea that their crimes are excusable (political correctness, social justice...). And the idea that they do it for the betterment of mankind; and in the end they claim to be a misunderstood victim, and the true victims are claimed to be the instigators.
