Will my case get dismissed?

Ok this is kind of a long story so please bare with me. Back in November my husband and I got into an altercation and there was some pushing and shoving going on nothing more. My husband was tired of all the fighting in front of the kids and called the cops thinking that i would go to jail just to prove a point to me i guess.Well the cops came out we BOTH got arrested even though my husband didn't want to press charges I guess since there were kids here it wasn't his choice. So we went and talked to a detective and then were booked in jail for the weekend. We have been in and out of court several times and we have a NCO placed for the time being. Neither one of us took the plea cause we didn't want to testify against each other. Neither one of us has ever been in trouble with the law or had any previous record of the cops being called out. My attorney has filed a motion to dismiss and the Prosecutor has attempted to give us another plea bargain. I really dont want a Felony on my record just due to one bad altercation. If we dont take the plea it will go to trial. Im scared and I want my family back together this has gone on way too long. Do you think the judge will dismiss the case or will it go to trial? Please help!!!! I even wrote a letter to the Prosecuting attorney asking her to please drop the charges and that we were willing to take counseling classes at our cost to better cope with problems that arise in my marriage as they do in all. It will be 6 months on May 13th from the day we were arrested . I just cant believe they are trying to make this a high profile case. Also the prosecting attorney is also the same one for my husband that seems like a conflict of interest to me.
