Will these grades be enough to get into medical school?

Medicine is extremely competitive. Some candidates with all A's and A*s at GCSE and A level still get rejected. Work experience is crucial and you must complete so many hours of working in a hospital or medical environment to apply. Universities may not be impressed by prioritising your research into the 12th planet over your GCSEs as they may think you are not passionate about your studies which is essential to study many years for a medicine degree. Providing you get AAAA or HIGHER to stand out among many straight A/A* candidates, you may have a chance. There is always the option to study a degree in biomedicine as it provides a gateway into a medicine degree after completion. Best of luck.
