Can i tell an NCO to Fckly off, or to mind his own Fckly business if....?

...if i am already OUT of the service? i mean...there is this e-7, who constantly looks for ways to fckly with me, always annoying, and all i want to do is get by this 22 months i have left in the army and leave...let's say i see this guy, umm, walmart...if im out of the military, and he approaches me and talks to me, can i tell him to Fckly off? can i get in trouble if i am already out the military with no ties whatsover??
