A text from an Android to my iphone contained virus! What do I do?!?

Talk about coincidence or irony for this virus given the circumstances. My husband and I are currently separated with a no-contact order in place until his next court hearing. I know he was very concerned about violating the NCO, not taking any risks at all, won't even go to our shared residence where neither one of us are currently staying. I also know he went to speak with a criminal defense attorney this afternoon too. Then, about 4:30 I get a text from (Husband's name) that he wants to know my location. It said to reply YES to accept and NO to not accept. It contained a tiny URL. I clicked on the URL from my Iphone and it went to a website that says the service tracks your mobile location (lat, long. radius). And I could cancel at any time. It said it would track my last 200 locations. I was so upset! I thought he'd hired a pretty aggressive lawyer to make ME be the bad guy. Since the NCO doesn't apply to me, I sent him a message that i was upset about that and the NCO is pretty cut and dry (he can't be anywhere where he knowingly knows where I am) but if he ended up at the same store or something, he'd have to leave- or keep a distance of 500 feet per court order. So in my text to him, I said that it sure seems like he wants to track more than just what pertains to the no-contact order (we have an infant baby who is currently in my custody) and I have the new family vehicle that he's suppose to pay for. All these things from this tracking I assumed his new lawyer suggest he watch. Well, apparently it was a virus. He downloaded an App on his Android that contained the virus and I was not the only one to receive the message. So, I did two things: clicked on the link in the text and I also called the number it came from which said it was support for this website. So, do I now have this virus too? How do I get rid of it? I don't want it to end up on my Mac since mac virus scans aren't as good as PC scans. I almost called the police because I think it would have been a violation and he would have been arrested again. Please help! I really stress about this stuff- I have had my bank account number stolen about 3 years ago and apparently fake cards were made and used locally which made it hard to dispute, and right now especially, I need every dollar I earn! I do shop online a lot. The website that I clicked onto using Safari on my phone via the link in the text was something like Life360 degrees. Thanks in advance for your help!
