Any success story of solar noise wall?

I currently researching about solar noise wall. I've found some good cases in Italy like A22 barrier. However I'm a bit concern that the barrier is only reducing 10dB and it cost millions of Euro. Is there any good and success story out there? If possible give me some info like the cost, the noise reduction, etc. THANKS
