Is having ptsd a sign of weakness and will me fellow soldiers look at me different?

i am still in the military and i am a nco...i am a prfessional soldier and i feel terrible most of the time but i play the role for my soldiers...will they look at me different if they find out....? and should i tell my first sgt. about this issue?
