Can I have the Arch Of Swords at my wedding?

Okay so my fiance and I are having an outdoor ceremony at the reception site. My fiance is a Marine, he's a Lcpl and two of his groomsmen are Cpls. They all are veterans and aren't active any longer. Can we do the Arch of Swords with only two NCOs? And can we do it at all since my fiance isn't an NCO? I know its "my wedding" and I can do whatever I want, but I mean is it within regulation to do this. Thanks!
