My profile situation?

I had a 30 day Temp Profile, I was on the last day of it and required to go back in for a check up after it expired. We had a PT test on that day. I told multiple NCO's I was on a profile. I was told to do the PT test anyways. So I did it, passed everything but the walk, first time walking it and leg really started hurting the last two laps. Anyways, they flagged me and told me that the temp said I could do the alternate event. my question is at the bottom in comments it was written by the Doc that I was to walk at own pace and distance. Now I have looked at AR 21-20 and it says that you can do a alternate event IF the profile is over 90 days. Mine was a 30 profile, what should or can I do?
