WHY DON'T A LOT OF INFANTRYMEN VETERANS RETIRE OUT OF THE MILITARY?

I ask this because I will soon became an Infantrymen 11B. I see a lot of high speed NCO's that just leave the Army and I think why???? They are the reason I take pride in the Army. Hooah!
