How much does your soldier spend on things his command orders him to buy?

I agree with the first answer, it is lack of communication and a mouthful of lies flat out. Awkward, it happened at two different bases? highly unlikely. It just seems as if he is using the money for "fun" than being serious about paying for bills. It's time for a heart-to-heart conversation...
