I am getting kicked out of the army. I need some info please because none of my NCO's know.?

I am being separated for failure to maintain weight I am 6'3 and 230lbs and I am 22% bfp and only allowed 20%. I pass my apft, but CSM does not care because the army is downsizing and I am breaking the other standard. I am in Hawaii and have been here a while, my vehicle and all my household goods are here. Will they just send my stuff and truck home because they brought it here or just send me home and expect me to have it shipped because I can not afford to do so. I get different answers from everyone. Does anyone know the actual regulation or anything? Also what kind of discharge is that?
