Need advise...what are my options?

Basically, i bought used appliances and furniture from an asian appliance store, the owner guaranteed me a 30 day warranty, as soon as I got the items delivered it tried them out, the washer and dryer that i got was broken, so I called and told him about it and I was cussed out over the phone. I decided to go back to the store, but being a soldier, I had to let my superior know because I knew something bad was going to happen, so my NCO (superior) spoke to the owner and the owner agree to have it checked because he dont do refunds unless they cant fix it. Its been 4 days since i got it and it still broke, the electrician cant fix it and they wouldnt replace it. I just need an advise on what I can do, Im being led to a situation where I have to get what I want in a way of force, thats why im seeking some advise here....
