What do u do when your deployed and you dont want to work for your boss?

Right now am in afghanistain and i have to work for a e6. Now my platoon sgt, the commander and the first sgt know that me and another clerk do not want to work with this NCO. I think even the sgt major knows.So what do you do if nothing is done with this? Am stressed, depressed but i just dont show it, and i dont want to work with that person any more.Ive done a EO complain but i dont know what else to do...please help!
