I do not have a vehicle currently, do my NCO's have to assist me in getting me to my Place of Duty?

I have an issue, my car got wrecked and I have no ability to get to work because I live in the barracks 10 miles from my place of duty. I also have to report to my DFAC 30 minutes prior to the work call for Wheeler AAF HI, trying to find a soldier leaving that early is almost impossible. I am pending chapter 14-12b due to these instances of being late. I usually arrived by around 0920(the standard work call for the base) however my DFAC manager ordered me to be there by 0900. Any help on what I should do?!?
